1. About Nathalie Berzelius Stockholm

2. Order
When your order is complete it will be confirmed through email. The confirmation will contain all information concerning products, prices, invoice- and delivery address.

3. Delivery
Standard delivery time is 1 – 3 days. Orders placed on weekends will be expedited the following Monday. Upon any non-communicated delivery delay, please contact us at info@nathalieberzelius.com.

4. Prices
All prices are in SEK with 25% tax included. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice and make reservations for any printing errors on the website.

5. Consumer´s right of withdrawal
As a customer you have a lawful 14 day right of withdrawal from the moment you have received your products.
5.1 Utilization of the right of withdrawal
You have to inform us of your withdrawal. Please send an email to info@nathalieberzelius.com containing name, address, email, order number and what products are being returned. Please return the product within the above mentioned 14-day period. Any delivery costs will be at your expense. Please see to that returned products are still original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to balance the refund in comparison with the original pricing, should the product, in any way be damaged or broken.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply with: Products that for health or hygienic reasons has been sealed and the seal has been broken.

6. Complaints
All our products are inspected prior to shipment. If, by any chance, a product arrives in any way damaged upon delivery we will address it swiftly, at our expense. Please inform us at info@nathalieberzelius.com as quickly as possible if such a problem should arise. Especially if you wish to return any product you find defective.
6.1 How to manage a complaint
Please send an email to info@nathalieberzelius.com with your name, address, order number and a description of the product and what you find to be defect. Should we be unable to correct the error or deliver a similar product your payment will be refunded, according to Swedish consumer’s law. Any return costs will be at your expense. We reserve the right to deny complaints should they not be in accordance to Swedish consumer´s law. We follow the guidelines of Swedish Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.

7. Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages on the product. We will not be   accountable circumstances out of our control (force majeure).

8. Product information
We will not be held accountable for any printing errors on the website or the  event any product would be sold out. Pictures of the products on the website may differ in color from the actual product depending on the quality and picture resolution of the showing device.

9. Cookie policy
This website uses cookies. Cookies are simple text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device by a website’s server. Each cookie is unique to your web browser. It will contain some anonymous information such as a unique identifier, website’s domain name, and some digits and numbers. Personal data will not be transferred for third party use, unless on legal grounds. Nathalie Berzelius Stockholm will answer for handling your personal data in use only with orders, newsletters or campaign offerings.

We collect data concerning your orders. Name, address, phone number, email address, ip-address and order history.
10.3 Legal grounds
Data is stored on legal grounds by us to be able to fulfill our contract with you as customer. Campaign offerings, marketing emails and such will be sent only with your consent.
10.4 Data shared and why
10.4.1 Payment provider
On payment data is shared with our payment providers (PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express). Stored data are name, address, email and phone number. In case you pay by invoice your personal identification number will be stored.
10.4.2 Delivery company
To deliver your orders we have to share data with our delivery company – PostNord. Data shared are name, address, email and phone number.
10.4.3 Newsletter
In case you have signed up for our newsletter your name and email will be shared with our newsletter provider
10.5 Right of access
You have the right to access all personal data concerning you stored by us. Stored data will be provided digitally in a readable format.
10.6 Right to rectification
You have the right to require us to update, rectify or complete your personal data stored by us.
   
10.7 Right to be deleted
You may at any time require us to delete your personal data stored by us.    Personal data required on legal ground will be kept by us.
10.8 Data protection liability
Nathalie Berzelius Stockholm are liable for storage and handling personal data on the website.
10.9 Protecting your personal data
Nathalie Berzelius Stockholm uses industrial standards SSL/TSL and one-way hash algorithms to store, handle and communicate sensitive information such as personal data or passwords. Our web store uses the Swedish platform Quickbutik.

 

11. Changes of the general terms
We reserve the right to make changes of terms without notice. Changes will be published on the website. Visiting the website or ordering will be taken as acceptance of terms.

 

12. Dispute and choice of law
In case a dispute could not be solved between a customer and our customer service, the customer may contact Swedish “Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden” (www.am.se). Within the EU complaints and disputes should be put online at European Online Dispute Resolution (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
In case of dispute, we follow Swedish law and decisions of Swedish Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
